The Ant & The Aardvark's 1971 entry, "From Bed to Worse", is a knockoff of an old Tweety & Sylvester short, with a similar setting. There's a dog in between Charlie Ant & the aardvark (both voiced by John Byner). Athena Lorde voices the nurse.

One of the less flattering aspects of the Depatie-Freleng shorts is that Friz Freleng would literally recycle some of his old Looney Tunes shorts and characters and tweak them just slightly and then try to pass them off as original shorts. I enjoy Friz Freleng's work, but that's just lazy.
I call it creative bankruptcy.
