Yep, Tom & Jerry as cops.
The boys are assigned a ride-along with a rookie officer, Katy O'Kitty (Kathy Gori, Hong Kong Phooey, Valley of The Dinosaurs), and end up jealous when it turns out that Katy is a far more capable officer, and is versed in karate.

All that resentment melted away with Katy flirting with Tom, and even giving Jerry some love.
