Warner Bros. didn't acquire DC Comics until sometime in the 70's, maybe sooner, so Superman was ripe for parody in every way possible.
Enter Bugs Bunny as "Super-Rabbit" in this 1943 farce.
70 years later, the series finale of The Looney Tunes Show revisited the idea of Bugs as a Superman parody in a more contemporary setting, mocking "Superman 2". It was even better the 2nd time around.
