Yes, that does sound like Bill Woodson or Gary Owens, long before either achieved fame, as narrator. If anyone can confirm this, I'd appreciate it.

I'm certain that's Bill Woodson narrating.
Which would be one of his earliest jobs.
Casey seemed to be channeling Goofy during his time as a hapless father in this short.
There was that vibe, but I chalk it up more to his ego, trying to make up for his famous flub.
