You just don't see animated commercials for products like Diaparene anymore, but back in the 70's, they'd commission a cartoon for just about any sponsor.

Somebody in the comments section on YouTube says that the voice of the baby is Didi "Raggedy Ann" Cohn. Do you think there's any truth to that?
Didi Conn? Nope. Her voice is too distinctive. Didi actually made her toon debut a year later (Fonz & The Happy Days Gang).
