From the final season of Slimer! & The Real Ghostbusters.
The boys and Slimer are in Russia when they learn of a monster in Siberia. Here's "Russian About", written by J. Michael Straczynski.
His voice might not be easily recognizable, but Walter Koenig (ex-Star Trek) is one of the guest stars. Having learned of Koenig's passing at 90, this is in his memory. Rest in peace.
