Cool McCool (Bob McFadden impersonating Jack Benny) is tasked to rescue a group of British agents before they're brainwashed by Dr. Madcap (McFadden).
IIRC, the same guy who designed the Cool McCool artwork was also involved in the ABC version of the Beatles cartoons. Fun stuff.
Well, Al Brodax was the head man at King Features TV, which produced both shows. It tracks.
