Saturday Morning's Forgotten Heroes: The Lone Ranger in Fire Rain (1967)
From Season 2 of The Lone Ranger (1966 series):
The Masked Man (Michael Rye) and Tonto (Shep Menken) pursue a foreign agent seeking to destroy Washington in "Fire Rain". I believe it's Marvin Miller voicing the President.
I grew up with the sixties RANGER cartoons and liked not only the "weird western" aspect but also the woodcut-look of the illustration.
I liked the superhero shows so much that I kept nerdy lists of the villains the heroes faced, since I didn't have them on paper, as with comic books. Back in the day I thought the "Fire Rain" villain was named "Agency." Some months ago I watched the cartoon on YouTube, and realized the characters were calling the evildoer "Agent Z," or sometimes just "Z."

I'm lucky I can remember seeing this show the first time around.
