Frito-Lay tried to expand the Cheetos line of cheese snacks. Then, they turned over mascot Chester Cheetah to avant-garde animator David Feiss (Cow & Chicken, I. M. Weasel) for a trilogy of ads, this next item being the first.
Unfortunately, Feiss' series were out of production (read: cancelled) by the time this was produced, and after he finished the trilogy, Feiss was never heard from again.

“Never heard from again?” What if I told you he’s been involved with Sony Pictures Animation, starting with Open Season? The most recent work he’s done was on Hotel Transylvania: Transformania - he animated the end credits portion. He may not get as much recognition now as his fellow CN alumni do, but it’s something.
If I recall, he also had a part for something called “Yoo-Hoo and Friends,” where Father Time (Flavor Flav), turns five heartless business people into adorable critters in order to reach them the ramifications of their lack of respect for nature. I’m positive this one would not be your cup of tea.
Seeing as how I've not seen Hotel Transylvania (Feiss & Genndy Tartatovsky? What?), but had not heard of Yoo-Hoo & Friends, I wouldn't have known. Feiss simply fell off my radar.
