Toonfomercial: Cathy shills for Betty Crocker (1986)
In the mid-80's, Betty Crocker introduced the Cake Lovers' Collection line of cake mixes. Unfortunately, this didn't last very long, despite an animated ad campaign with Cathy, who would also appear in a trio of primetime specials.

I don't know who's voicing Cathy in this spot, but in the prime time specials she was voiced by Kathleen Wilhoite (the voice of Disney's Pepper Ann).
I was trying to ascertain that information myself regarding the commercial.
