We had this next
Super Friends short up before, but it was deleted a ways back due to copyright issues. Thanks to Dailymotion, it's back. The Wonder Twins & Wonder Woman are trapped in "The Witch's Arcade" on what should've been a quiet day off.....
Edit, 12/5/22: We've found a title card:
One wonders which cartoon was recorded first. This one, or the debut of Videoman on Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends during the same season.
Rating: A.

Whatever the case, it was pretty obvious video arcades were the new go-to's for kids at the time, and Saturday morning was just catching up to that!
Given the number of video game related series that came out like pimples the next few years, it certainly seemed like Hollywood went overboard.
A witch running a video arcade? That was a novel idea that should've merited a longer story.
It's kinda funny when you look back on the 70's and notice how distant Hollywood was from Silicon Valley in terms of what was shown in entertainment. Arcades still had pinballs and mechanical games of course, but it was rather interesting they didn't harp on Pong a whole lot in cartoons at all. It took 8 years from Pong's creation for one cartoon to feature it a quickie gag, one of Filmation's Tom & Jerry cartoons from 1980 had our titular mouse waking Tom up while playing Pong on a TV set. I noticed that Spider-Man cartoon from '81 also had Pong too, and that should've already been seen as old hat by then, The Simpsons proved that well a decade later in the first of its "Treehouse of Horrors" episodes.
There always seems to be a lag somewhere when it comes to mocking technology or other things.
