Pterixa brings a track from Butch Cassidy, with the Sundance Kids performing "Blue". Sadly, since we already have "Looking For Someone" elsewhere on this here blog, that represents the sum total of music from the show available presently on YouTube.
I'm begging WB to at least farm out the reruns to someone that's actually interested in them, since otherwise it sits in the vaults.

A very likeable song!
Notice how Nazi - ish the guards appear to be? Goose stepping in a cartoon! The caper must have taken place in Germany.
It's a shame Chip Hand, who voiced Butch Cassidy (and sang his part for all the music) is no longer with us! I read a bit about him after hearing of his passing and was amazed at his accomplishments, both as a session musician/songwriter and other pursuits. He died far too young!
Hmmm, back then, Germany was divided into East & West, and I'd figure this was in East Germany. Too bad the full episode ain't available on YouTube presently.
Good news! It seems Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kids are on DVD!
YT has a preview clip showcasing yet another song from the show, "Live To Love". It was posted by Warner Archive so it's legit! The clip provided also looked cleaned up so a bonus from the faded prints that have been making the rounds.
Hmm, I think I read that it was coming out on DVD from Warner Archive, likely MOD (Manufactured on Demand). I'll have to hunt up "Live to Love" for another time.
