I think this aired quite a bit during Scooby-Doo's 1st season (1969-70) and the prior summer. Gary Owens (Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In), who would also narrate The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, narrates this ad.
To think Scooby turns 50 next year. Zoinks!
