The Muppets of Sesame Street, The Muppet Show, & Fraggle Rock come together in 1987's A Muppet Family Christmas.
Everyone gathers at home of Fozzie's mom for one big Christmas wing-ding, journeying through an ice storm. Jim Henson (Kermit, Ernie, Rowlf) appears briefly at the end of the show.

This was able to happen back then, since at the time all of Jim Henson's various Muppet franchises were still under the same umbrella; this was before Disney's acquisition of the Muppet Show Players.
Then Sesame Workshop has the Fraggles and the Sesame Street characters (i.e. Bert & Ernie, Grover, Big Bird). Got it.
