Here's the series premiere of The Littles from 1983. Dr. Hunter's quest for the Littles begins here with "Beware The Hunter":
Note the last scene before the craft segment. Lucy uses her tail to tickle Henry, or was she one of the first to try twerking? It's clear here, and in the next episode, "The Lost City of The Littles", that she's got a crush on Henry.

Based on a series of children's novels by John Peterson, ABC acquired The Littles in an attempt to cash in on the success that the Smurfs were enjoying over at NBC. The show ran for about three seasons, the last of which had the cast taking a trip around the world, which anyone who's been following Saturday morning TV knows is a sure sign of a shark jump.
Interestingly, it's decades later and as yet there's been no attempt to revive this series. I don't know it's for some legal reason such as ownership rights or if it's simply a case that no one's interested in doing so.
Lack of interest seems about right.
Now, wouldn't Lucy be the kind of toon babe that would rock your world back then? And did she or did she not crush on Henry early on?
