The Dutch band Focus had a 1-hit wonder here in the US with "Hocus Pocus", all the way back in 1973. This got them on The Midnight Special on a program headlined by host du jour Gladys Knight (w/The Pips).

I wonder if the producers of the Sabrina The Teenage Witch cartoons of the era, or the writers of the comics... or for that matter the producers of the Sabrina live action show in the 1990s or the cartoons of that period, ever thought about making a reference, or at least including this song in an episode or comic story? It would definitely fit...
